Tai Chi/Qi Gong Level 2 (Level 1 completion required)

Congratulations on completing Harmony Tai Chi level 1, 18 steps! In this level 2 series, we will continue with 8 Treasures Qi Gong.
We will review the first 18 steps, and we will build on your practice, taking your Tai Chi all the way up to 28 steps. There are 10 more steps to add to your practice, enhancing the beautiful cosmic dance that is Tai Chi.
Reinforce your intention to practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong daily with the support of a group. We will meet through Zoom Tuesdays from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM Pacific Time for 8 weeks.
At the end of the series, your new lifestyle habit will be reinforced by your regular practice.
